Community Outreach

Our Community Outreach Projects are funded by grants and focus on our core target groups within West Yorkshire: 

  • Older people living alone

  • People with early-onset dementia or undiagnosed memory problems, of all ages

  • Adults with additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties and/or stress, anxiety, depression and those facing isolation/loneliness

  • Young people at risk of offending, including ex-offenders

Exploring Colour & Sound

Exploring the effect of sound and colour on our emotions, and how we can use them to enhance our wellbeing

Con-sequence Kirklees

The project aims to reduce anti-social behaviour and involvement in crime through a 6-week programme that focuses on health, lifestyle, self-expression and life choices.

Supporting women over 50 to increase their self-belief, and progress into self-employment, adult learning, or a new career.
