Community Projects

Our Community Projects are funded by grants and focus on our core target groups within West Yorkshire: 

  • Older people living alone

  • People with early-onset dementia or undiagnosed memory problems, of all ages

  • Adults with additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties and/or stress, anxiety, depression and those facing isolation/loneliness

  • Young people at risk of offending, including ex-offenders

Con-sequence Kirklees

The project aims to reduce anti-social behaviour and involvement in crime through workshops that focuse on health, lifestyle, self-expression and life choices, plus outreach work in the community.
